Payments

On successful completion of the checkout process the Customer payment method will be debited immediately
Payments may take a few days to appear on your bank statement, and while it usually shows within a few hours it all depends on when your bank settles the transaction and is out of our control
Purchases will appear on your bank statement as funds to "Luxeriva Hair" or "Luxeriva"

Refunds

We will return funds within 24 hours of receiving returned goods within the timeframes stated in the Returns section and where goods are unused and in their original packaging
Please note that we will be unable to cover return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, and in that instance please send a copy of your shipping receipt so that we can reimburse that for you
Please note that it may take up to 7 working days for funds to appear in your bank account depending on your bank, however it could be an instant transfer. Please get in touch with us if we have authorised a refund but you have not yet received it after 7 working days
