  • How much hair do I need to do a full-head weave hairstyle?

Luxeriva hair is naturally thick so 3 bundles is all you need. If you don’t want to leave a bit of your hair out in the front to create a parting with you own hair then you’ll also need a closure or frontal. Closures and frontals give you a natural-looking parting with the human hair extensions.

 

  • Does Luxeriva.com process payments securely?

Yes! We leverage bank grade security to ensure you have a great customer experience. We are PCI compliant and adhere to Barclaycard requirements to process payments securely.

 

  • How much does delivery cost?

Not a penny, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

 

  • How will my order appear on my bank statement?

Purchases will appear on your bank statement as funds to "Luxeriva Hair" or "Luxeriva". On successful completion of the checkout process your payment method will be debited immediately. Payments may take a few days to appear on your bank statement and while they usually show within a few hours this depends on when your bank settles the transaction and is out of our control.

 

  • I placed an order but it hasn’t arrived within the expected time-frame

Please contact us at info@luxeriva.com stating your order number and delivery tracking number so we can look into this for you

 

  • Am I able to return my purchase for a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, there is no risk to you as we are more than happy to issue a full refund in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your product or change your mind – just send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the item. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

 

  • There is a problem with the quality of the hair I’ve received, can I exchange it or get a refund?

Yes of course, if there is a defect with the hair you’ve received or it isn't as you expected we’ll accept returns within 14 days of receipt and will return the full amount of your transaction plus the cost of return postage - just be sure to send an email to info@luxeriva.com or use the Contact Us section before you send us anything so that we can authorise the return. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

 

  • Can I do a review of the product for social media?

We’d love that! Please let us know if you decide to so that we can follow the comments also

 

  • Do you have a hair ambassador programme?

Not at the moment, but we are looking into it. If you are a social influencer and are interested in sampling the hair to share reviews to your followers send us a brief note with details of your social media account at info@luxeriva.com
